Adobo Ilocano!!!

One of the best Adobo style I have ever tried there in The Filipinas is from Vigan.....

*****1 Whole Chicken *****4 Garlic (fresh) *****1 Whole Onion 1/2 can of Chunky Pineaple 1/2 cup of Suka (Vinegar) 1/2 cup of Datu Puti Soy Sauce little bit of Veg. oil

Tadtarin ang manok....Chop up the chicken to small pieces include the liver heart etc.

1. Heat up the oil on the Pan. 2. Fry the chopped chicken 'till browned... 3. Add the garlic and onion. 4.simmer it with the vinegar.....when vinegar is about dry-out add the soy sauce......let the adobo dry-out that's what makes it Ilocano style...PARA BANG PIRITONG ADOBO!!!! Aaayyy ang Sarap!
