I've been searching for the exact recipe. As far as I know (or how much I've gathered), you dry toast some rice until, uh yeah, toasted. Dry toast meaning no oil. Add enough water to the rice til mixture turns into gruel (or was that grool).
THAT'S were the person who gave it to me left it. She never gave me the rest of the ingredients and left it at that. Yea, kind of like love making and your partner cuts it short. Yea, I'm frustrated. >:(
