Beef Tapa

Ingredients

lbs Thinly sliced beef

head Macerated garlic
3/4
cup Distilled white vinegar
1/4
cup Sugar

tbsp Salt
1
tbsp Freshly ground pepper
 
Preparation
Marinate the meat in the ingredients for at least 12 hours, then sun dry the slices.  
These are best served fried.
